Guatemala, Azucena Coffee Beans

250g bag or 5lb bag options available!
This Azucena Gesha is a slow fermentation Gesha varietal from Acatenango in Guatemala. Deep fruit flavors with a soft floral finish makes this coffee incredibly complex and very unique. The producer, Miguel Median, was the president of the Guatemala Coffee Association, Anacafe before taking over his Grandfather's farm. He is committed to sustainability and quality from start to finish. Because of the unique varietals and processing techniques, most of his coffees have been purchased by Japan and Korea before ever reaching America in the past years. However, three years ago we had the opportunity to first visit his farm and knew that we wanted to share some of these unbelievable coffee’s with our customers here. Expect this cup to be heavy with sweetness and tropical fruit flavors with surprisingly floral and tea like finish.
