This incredible Colombia Microlot was brought to us by our friends at Caravela.  Caravela is an importer and exporter based in Bogota that consistently delivers some of the best Colombia microlots.

Tabi is a very special varietal that has characteristics of its components, Bourbon and Typica with Timor were used to create this variety that was released in 2002 by Cenicafe

Having been to Palestina last year we are a bit partial to the unique flavors and incredible complexity this region produces.  Like a crisp rose´, this coffee has complex acidity with refined fruit like characteristics.

Enjoy this coffee at a ratio of 1 to 15 and brewed between 3:20 and 3:45 seconds.  The shorter brew time is for older coffee while coffee within 3 days should take closer to 3:45 to brew.
