Description
We have purchased this coffee many times in past years. We are very excited to feature it again on our menu. Every year we aim to offer a few dry processed coffee from Ethiopia. We do an extensive sampling process that looks for sweetness,depth and acidity.
Ardi has been quite stunning with unbelievable sweet blackberry and licorice flavors. When cupping this, it stuck out to us so much because of the freshness and sweetness that almost contradicts the dry process style completely. The sweet fruity aromatics that were so apparent from start to finish is why this coffee made it into our selection for the year. We hope you enjoy!
